All products are handmade embroidered keychains. We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the items and differences in screen settings.

2. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use it.

3. Shipping

  • We currently offer flat-rate shipping.
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or other carriers once the package has been shipped.
  • Risk of loss passes to you once the package is handed over to the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Original designs, text, photographs, and other content created by Briarberry are owned by us and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our written permission.

Some products feature designs inspired by or based on existing popular culture properties. These are fan-made items and are not official merchandise.
